SHIMMER is a free outdoor event bringing together the Chapel Hill/Carrboro community with artists who use light as a form of expression.

Artist being featured include Amie Oliver, Ann Marie Kennedy, Belinda Haikes, Britt Flood, Carter Hubbard, Chad Graves, Cirque De Vol, David Sanchez Burr, Jaclyn Bowie, Jason Oppliger, Johanna Evans-Colley, Jonathan Davis, Karen Niemczyk, Leigh Suggs, Louis St. Lewis and several more.
