Self Care for Grocery and Retail Staff

Join us to nurture and celebrate you-- grocery store and retail staff! Everyday you help your community by being there to provide food, clothing, gifts and other items to everyone in town. You work endless hours, serving your customers and keeping them safe. Above all, you deserve to be celebrated and take some time for yourself! Using poetry and comforting art activities, we will take time to practice self compassion and selfcare. No previous art experience is necessary.
