Celebrate the new nonprofit collaborative
The PTA Thrift Shop will hold a groundbreaking to celebrate the launch of the first ever nonprofit collaborative focused on youth-serving organizations, 9 a.m., Monday, August 15 at 117 W. Main Street, the lot adjacent to its Carrboro retail location.
In conjunction with Youth Forward, the PTA Thrift Shop is poised to launch the Nonprofit Collaborative Venture (NCV) in early 2017. NCV will be an accelerator space for nonprofit capacity building for five to seven Triangle youth serving organizations, as well as non-resident collaborative members. NCV will be located adjacent to the PTA Thrift Shop retail location in Carrboro.
