About the facilitator: Tom Stevens is in his forth decade of working in and with non-profits, including staff, executive, board, and consulting experience. Tom’s 20+ years as a social worker included several non-profit staff positions, and 12 years as the executive director of a leading agency in Durham. Since launching his consulting company in 2001, Tom’s has helped non-profit agencies (and businesses) by facilitating strategic planning retreats and executive coaching for executives.
