Building A Better Board:  Recruiting and Motivating Board Members
 
This session is designed to review a thoughtful process for evaluating your current Board composition, creating simple recruitment strategies, and tips for finding board members outside  the “usual” channels. 
 
Also covered will be:  

  • how to use the free Board matching service:  www.triangleboardconnect.org
  • proper new board member orientation
  • rapid engagement of board members
  • ways to leverage your board talent.
