At this interactive session, we'll participate in team building exercises! Team building activities help employees better understand each other's strengths, weaknesses, and interests. With these simple exercises, you can build better teamwork and reduce misunderstandings among your non-profit team!
Speaker: Tanya Rhone

Tanya Rhone is the founder and principal of Two Roads Consulting, a successful consulting practice offering guidance in strategic planning, leadership and organizational excellence. For over 20 years, Tanya Rhone honed her leadership skills at Starbucks Coffee Company, The Clorox Company, Paragon Trade Brands and Weyerhaeuser. Tanya successfully developed strategy and managed marketing efforts and new product launches.
With a passion for leadership development, Tanya brings a rich background of facilitation, coaching, training and organizational design experience to her client engagements. She has a deep appreciation for the issues facing today’s leaders and their teams. As a former executive with budget responsibility, she values proper business focus and results from the investment in learning and development.
Tanya holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Oregon and a master’s degree in business from the University of Southern California.
