Event Description:
How do you leverage your volunteers to maximize your mission?

Volunteer management can be tricky without the right processes in place. Kim Shaw, Executive Director of The Volunteer Center of Durham, will join us to offer best practices in how to recruit, engage and even fire a volunteer. 

Bring your volunteer positions for us to critique in this interactive session.

NPRT is powered by the Executive Service Corps. Join us monthly on the second Wednesday for education topics that give you the tools you need to succeed in your business. To accommodate for busy schedules times alternate monthly between 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. They will usually be in the Louise Beck Properties Conference Room at the Chamber, but occasionally special sessions will be held at other locations.
