Leo Kottke at The ArtsCenter

Internationally renowned for his unique and adroit finger-picking guitar style, Leo Kottke’s blues-tinged playing has made an indelible imprint on the world of folk music. His most notable work, 1969’s 6- and 12-String Guitar (commonly known as the “Armadillo album”), has been released and re-released on many different labels over the course of the last 40 years.

The two-time Grammy nominee and perennial ArtsCenter favorite brings to Carrboro his celebrated guitar playing and a peppering of stories from his extensive career.
