What: Leadership Chapel Hill-Carrboro (Leadership) is an intensive program designed to inform, develop, and engage committed and emerging leaders in greater Chapel Hill.Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” (Margaret Mead)
Session Goals:
1) Provide a robust overview of education in Orange County and surrounding region across the educational continuum (from birth through higher education), including where we came from, where we are now, and where we are going.
2) Discuss the connection between education, workforce development, and competitive advantage, as well as what it means and what it takes to get all children reading on grade level by third grade.
3) Learn Robert’s Rules of Order and select a Small Miracles project
