What: The monthly meeting of the Carrboro Business Alliance (CBA) Marketing Committee
When: The 4th Wednesday of every month in 2020 from 4:00-5:00pm
Where: TBD Location. The Committee meets at different CBA member establishments each month, so contact CBA Staff Support, Katie Loovis, to verify the location.
About the CBA: The Carrboro Business Alliance (CBA), founded in 2014 on the shared belief that "local matters," is now 100 local businesses collaborating to help Carrboro thrive. The CBA is governed by an active Leadership Council and two committees (Marketing and Policy), and all members are Carrboro-serving enterprises.
About the Marketing Committee: The CBA Marketing Committee is charged with “connecting members with information, customers, and other enterprises” and “promoting members and the Carrboro community.” Learn more about CBA programs and events, follow on Facebook, Instagram, and twitter, and join the conversation with #WeBuyLocal.
2020 Committee Priorities: In 2020, the Marketing Committee will prioritize the release of several new videos in partnership with I-40 Films and host several signature events and campaigns (starting with this Business After Hours). In addition, the Marketing Committee is amplifying social media (just launched a new Instagram account) and is developing a new “Visit Carrboro” website in partnership with the Carrboro Tourism Development Authority.
